WebPart Components for SharePoint
We often come across limitations of the controls and web parts available in the standard Microsoft SharePoint platform, which is why we create and continuously develop our own WebPart components.
We have worked with Microsoft SharePoint for over 4 years, creating a variety of solutions based on it which support our clients’ work. The solutions include: Employee Assessment System which supports human capital management, e-learning systems, implementations of corporate intranet portals, advanced workflow systems and business process support systems. WEBCON Organization Structure
The component allows you to create a tree showing the hierarchical structure of your organization. In addition, it extends the standard view of user profile by extra information. You can enter necessary contact details or a description of user’s role in the company. WEBCON Organization Structure also enables a two-way synchronization of such data with the Active Directory database. This solution is especially recommended to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 Foundation users.
WEBCON Simple Charts
The component allows you to create simple charts based on the contents of SharePoint lists. As a result, data can be presented in a very clear and readable way.
Creating the charts is made easy by a very simple configuration of the solution. The data necessary to generate a chart can be downloaded from a list on any SharePoint site. In addition, data collected from the selected list can also be limited to a specific list view. This solution allows the grouping of data by any field.
WEBCON User Details
Thanks to this component key information on selected SharePoint users can be presented in a clear and aesthetic way. The solution allows you to display a list of users and the most important information about them. Displaying user’s photo and contact information facilitates integration of employees working in a team.
WEBCON Exchange Free-Busy
The component allows you to import a calendar from MS Exchange to the SharePoint site. The WebPart allows you to add the availability calendar of selected employees to the SharePoint site.
WEBCON Navigation Bar
The component extends the standard view of SharePoint top navigation bar. This allows you to manage the bar more easily and also lets you define any sites displayed there, add submenus containing an automatically generated list of subsites and add bookmarks redirecting you to any chosen address.
Thanks to this solution you can also manually define authorizations to view a given bookmark and scan them automatically from target site authorizations. This allows for a much more comprehensive management of navigation on SharePoint. This solution is especially recommended to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 users.
WEBCON Scan Plug-In
The component allows you to add documents to SharePoint libraries directly from the scanning device. By using this solution you can quickly create and share digital versions of documents.
To scan a document, you must activate a scanning action on the selected library. After determining additional parameters such as a file type or resolution, the system automatically scans the document and places it in the document library.
